What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom mylar bags?
We offer no MOQ, you can order as few or as many custom mylar bags as your brand needs, with full flexibility to scale.
Choose from a range of sizes (e.g., 3 g, 7 g, 1 lb, flat-bottom), finishes (matte, gloss, soft-touch), and features like windows, zipper closures, child-resistant seals or die-cut handles custom-printed with your branding.
Our bags feature multi-layer films optimized for moisture, light & oxygen protection, ideal for food, supplements or specialty goods, and we offer direct-food-contact-safe options and eco-alternative kraft-mylar blends.
Standard lead time is approximately 10–15 business days post-artwork approval, with rush options available if you need your bags sooner.
We supply a custom dieline template, submit print-ready AI/EPS/PDF files in CMYK with outlined fonts and bleed. You’ll receive a digital proof (and optional physical sample) before mass production starts.
