Design files are available upon request at 72 DPI resolution. For high-resolution (300 DPI or higher) production files, please contact support@packaginghubs.com for a custom quote.
Final proofs are sent via email for customer review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully check the proof for layout, spelling, colors, and sizing before approval.
Once approved, Packaging Hubs™ is not liable for any errors not identified by the customer.

Unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing, our packaging is not manufactured using food-grade materials. Customers requiring food-safe materials must notify us in writing before placing an order.
Orders may only be canceled before entering production. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

As all products are custom-made, orders are non-refundable. In the rare event of a verified printing error, we may offer either a reprint or store credit toward your next order. Claims must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery.

To ensure delivery timelines, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or weather-related issues.
Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 3 business days. Packaging Hubs™ is not liable for courier mishandling or carrier-related delays.
